This story tells how Karbul, the Rainbow Serpent, and Goupong, the Green Tree Frog, created Ugarapul Country. Their journey shaped the mountains, valleys, rivers, and waterways that make up the landscape we know today. It is said that Goupong still rests within Boorrumpah (Mt Flinders), continuing to watch over Country and its people.
