In February 2020, Boorrumpah Goupong Aboriginal Corporation travelled to Noosa for a time of connection, reflection and strengthening relationships.
The trip included fishing and camping, giving participants the chance to spend time outdoors together.
These shared experiences helped build stronger connections, encouraged wellbeing and created space for reflection, resilience and cultural connection.
Experiences such as the Noosa trip continue to reflect BGAC's commitment to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through culture, connection and community, while creating opportunities that strengthen relationships and promote positive wellbeing.
